Most of these photos are fine tuned black & white adaptations of color pictures appearing in a my other galleries, though some are unique to this one. I have a love for black & white that goes way back to my novice days in "The Darkroom," a co-op in Denver CO, where I first learned the joys of Plus-X film, 1 to 100 Rodinal & Agfa photo paper.

Photos look best when you select "Large" image size. Digital black & white photos usually reproduce best on good CRT (tube type) computer monitors, rather than the newer LCD monitors, which give grainier images.
